It's another PS3 exclusive games created by Sucker Punch Productions who is known for Sly Cooper series for PS2, happened in 2009, Sucker Punch Productions made a new series called Infamous which is Open world Adventure games for PS3, the story begins with people in the city is beening attacked by terrorist who activates the ray sphere to make a massive explosion to destroy the whole city, only the survivor Cole MacGrath who discovered his powers which uses the electric powers, his mission to save the people to stop the terrorist taking over his city.
I say the Cole MacGrath is intresting character when comes to the original game itself and he also made appearences on of the Capcom and Namco crossover fighting game Street Fighter X Tekken as PS3 exclusives characters, ok'ay enough with that and let's talk about the gameplay right now, in the gameplay, he can shoot electric shock which came out his hands, he can drain the electricity to increasing his strength, he can throw the shock grenades, shoots megawatts, he can ride the rail with his shoe, he can ground pound by using the thunder drop and he can use thunder attack from the sky which is totally badass, during the open world stages, you can walk around the city and you could also check the map screen to see a place mark that where you want to go like a story mission and side mission to choose from and in the pause menu, you could also upgrade your players abillty to skill up the powers to make the character more stronger, the controls schemes is simple to make the character more accurrate for aiming, camera and climbing movements which makes it great gameplay concipts, the graphics makes it look duller on the backgrounds for far distance but in the city level design in nearby and characters is lot more bolder and better it looks, so it's still decent looking detail, the music and sounds is fricken blasting as hell, the sound effects is loud and brilliant when you put surround sound speakers on and it's sounds wicked, the music is fairly sounds like between the 80's Sci Fi films blade runner or the natrual distaster movies in 2000's day after tommarrow to me, the voice acting is outstanding for most of the characters in the game, the special features has side missions, you could also download the new moves in PSN for free such as gigawatts blades is cool, unlocking trophies and you could also mess around the city whatever you like to when completing the game is fun to play, there is a flaws on this game is the bad guys is hard to kill and the mission is impossible to complete depends which story mission you on, ok'ay here is a score of this game.
Gameplay 8/10 - the controls is played great for aiming and camera movements with no problems at all.
Graphics 7.4/10 - the background for far distance is dull but the level design nearby and character is look better, so still the decent looking details.
Music and Sounds 9/10 - the sound effects is loud and brilliant when comes with crashing, shooting and more thing is crazy as ever, music is fairly sounds like the 80's Sci Fi films and the 2000's natrual distaster films.
Special Features 8/10 - it's features with side mission, downloading a new moves such as gigawatts blade from PSN and have fun messing around in open world gameplay.
Downside - Bad guy is tough to kill.
Some of the mission is repetitives depends which mission you on.
Overall 7.9/10 - Sucker Punch Productions made Infamous a good adventure games for PS3 with a great story cutscenes and characters concipts, I recemended you to buy this.
