Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon PS3 Digital Download Review

If you like the original Far Cry 3 for PS3, X360 and PC, you proberly love this 80's Sci-Fi style shooter.

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is the spin-off expansion of original Far Cry 3, developed and published by Ubisoft.

This game looks quite different than the original Far Cry 3, as you can tell it's FPS game with futuristic Sci-Fi movie style in 80's, badass characters and awesome storyplot, which makes the game look far more interesting and worth to play it. It also have some secrets and references from the 80's movies like Terminator, Alien, Predator, Transformers and G.I Joe, which has cool quotes and catchy soundtrack.

Lets do the review, shall we. The story takes place in fictional 2007, where United States and Russia already been destroyed by nuclear bombs. You take the role of Sgt Rex Power Colt has the mission to investigate Colonel Slogan, an elite agent who has gone rogue, during the mission. With the help of Dr Darling giving Rex's goals to defeat Slogan's plans. This game only has single player campaign, which unfortunately there's no muiltiplayer in this game, unlike original Far Cry 3. The gameplay has same mechanics as the Far Cry 3, but features some improvements, such as skills levels, which allows you to skill up your player's ability in automatically and it also removes crafting, which you don't need to craft items anymore. It is open world gameplay, which you can explore the whole levels, with main missions, side missions to get reward for money, killing rare animals, drive vehicles and saving nerds from different places. The controls plays really well with character's movement and camera control. The combat gameplay has great stealth combat, which allows you to sneak past the levels, without getting caught by enemies sees you or try sneak up behind enemies by stabbing them with knife or throwing ninja shrunken at the enemies head. However, the blood dragon may be tough to kill, if you try to aim at the dragon's chest, unless you have Terror 4000 chaingun or Killstar is the recommended way to kill blood dragon. If you don't have good weapons, then try distracting them by throwing cyber heart or try sneaking quietly without getting them notice you. 

The weapons has the best choices for players, like A.J.M.9 auto-pistol, Fazertron Rifle, Flamer, Galleria 1991 shotgun, Korbracon Sniper, Terror 4000 chaingun and the best weapons in the game is Killstar, which shoots laserbeam out, is frickening badass. These weapons are perfect for range shots, very accurate aiming and reliable weapons, which you can upgrades your weapons from the shop. You can also get useful items, like medical kit, ammo and grenades from shop as well, which is quite handy to keep items with you, during the mission. I say the whole gameplay is amazingly fantastic with great levels, missions, controls and atmosphere.

The graphics has really amazing visuals, best animation design, well detailed backgrounds and texture, and superb looking engine, which is the most fascinating graphics for modern consoles. 

The music and sounds are far masterpiece with awesome music, composed by Power Glove which makes the best 80's style soundtrack so far, especially the license music, such as Little Richards and Kevin Chalfant sounds way better than the license music on original Far Cry 3. The sound effects has best Sci-Fi atmosphere for backgrounds and gun shooting. The voice acting sounds very good for voice cast, especially Michael Biehn voicing Sgt Rex Power Colt, did a wonderful job on most of the characters in the game with great dialogue, plot and well fitted voice overs.

The special features has collectable items, such as Dr. Carlyle's notes, TV set and VHS tape to collect. It has easter eggs and references and you can unlock achievements. However, there's no downloadable add-ons content, which is quite shame, but decent features.

Music and Sounds 10/10 - Epic soundtrack, amazing sound effects and awesome voice cast for characters.

Special Features 7/10 - It has collectable items, easter eggs and references, and unlockable achievements.

Overall 8.9/10 - Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is the best spin-off game and it's way much better than the original Far Cry 3. I love the Sci-Fi atmosphere with kickass action, great open-world levels, excellent campaign mission, and its more like the Terminator style, what makes the game so enjoyable and fun to play. I should recommend you to buy this on PSN and XBLA store.

Remember Me PS3 Digital Download Review

Remember Me is a Sci-Fi Action-Adventure which developed by Dontnod Entertainment, and published by Capcom. It was originally a PS3 exclusive titled Adrift in year 2010, when the project was on under development, but it was cancelled in 2011, before Capcom provided the funding for project as the muiltiplatform title, which is already released on June 7th 2013. So lets review this game, shall we.

This game take place on year 2084, in Paris. The story is about Nilin, who had been imprisoned in the Bastille Fortress, managed to escape from Memorize Corporation who are trying to wipe out her last memory.With the help of Edge as leader of the Errorists commanding her to destroy Memorize Corporation to save people from getting amnesia.

I say the story sound quite weak and uninteresting at all with boring plot, underwhelming cutscenes and some crappy dialogue. The character like Nilin are quite decent while others characters are seems to be forgettable and unappealing.

The gameplay features platforming, exploration and melee combat, including memory remixing. The control scheme plays ok'ay for character's movement which is good for platforming in some levels, when you climb any obstacles on different platform of the levels, but I find the melee combat plays quite slow and repetitive which is harder to perform any fighting moves. The fighting moves has certain of the combos moves called Pressens which allows players to create and customise the combo moves through the combo lab options and you can even unlocking the new moves as well. The four Pressens are "Regen" which increases the health, "Power" gives enemies high damage hit, "Chain" which doubling your previous moves and "Cooldown" which increases your S-Pressens energy. These are the Pressens can be helpful for your character's performance, when you perform combo moves by pressing the right combination of each button, which it feels too slow to perform attack moves to receive the Pressens.

The special moves is not that bad. You can use "S-Pressens" moves to do things like stun enemies, performing moves at high speed and land more hits, or turn hostile robots into allies which self-destruct themselves. You can use projectile weapons, like "Spammer and "Junk Bolt" which is quite handy to use it in some levels, but it feels too clunky, when using for aiming mode. The memory remixing sounds really interesting, when gaining access to character's memory. You can remixing their memory by using rewind, forward and activate to rearranging the target memories to manipulate them. Your goals is to replaying a memory and modifying details to change target's recollection of the outcome. You can also steal people's memory from certain targets and using points called remembranes which proceed through the game or avoiding hazards. I say the gameplay overall is quite mediocre, compared to Batman: Arkham City has way much playable gameplay than this.

The graphics seems have great characters design, nice visuals, smooth animation and some good lighting backgrounds and textures which did a good job that the game engine is just capable of having decent graphics.

The music and sounds has good sci-fi soundtrack, amazing sound effects for backgrounds and atmosphere, and good voice acting for characters which is big thumb ups for this game.  

The special features has unlockable artwork, 3D models and gallery to check out and it has downloadable content as well, which it didn't have enough feature choices for this game.

Here is the bottom line.

Gameplay 6.2/10 - The character's movements are quite ok'ay for platforming and exploration, even the cool memory remixing, but I say combat gameplay is feel slow and repetitive for combo moves and projectile weapons. 

Graphics 7.5/10 - The graphics have great characters design, nice visuals, smooth animation and some good lighting backgrounds and textures.

Music and sounds 7/10 - It has good sci-fi soundtrack, amazing sound effects for backgrounds and atmosphere, and good voice acting for characters.

Special Features 4/10 - It has unlockable artwork, 3D models, gallery and downloadable content which is not enough features choices.

Overall 6/10 - I'm not saying this game is terrible.This game has good female protagonists, impressive graphics, decent soundtrack, and even memory remixing are quite cool. I say the gameplay and story needs more bit of improving to make the game playable. Of course the game is too short which only takes about 1-2 days to complete. It's best for you to rent this game.

Persona 4 Arena PS3 Review

Persona 4 Arena is the 2D fighting game, which developed by Arc System Works and published by Altus (for America and Japan release), including Zen United (for European release) for PS3 and X360. It is the spin off game of original RPG game Persona 4. As you may now the Persona series is the part of Altus RPG franchises called Shin Megami Tensei which originally made in 1992, before they made Persona series in 1996 which had receives positive overall and become best series on the Shin Megami Tensei franchises. Anyway lets do the review right now, shall we.
This game features arcade mode, story mode, score attack mode, versus mode, lesson mode, challenge mode and network mode to select with. You have the choice of selecting characters, such as Yu, Yosuke, Chie, Mitsuru, Kanji, Labrys and other playable characters to play as in the game. In story mode, your mission is to rescue your friends to stop the Grand Prix Tournament which is hosting by General Teddie, who are forcing them to fight each other. I say the story is well written with great storyplot, excellent visual slideshows and of course the characters are quite decent as well, except Teddie has really annoying personality, but still an awesome fighter too. The gameplay is quite very precise with superb controls. The combo moves is very accurate by using auto combo system, which is very easy and simple to make more amounts of combo hits and you can also perform finishing moves in final round of the match, which showing the characters performing their final special moves to finish the opponent off. You can use persona, as the assist characters, to attack the opponments as well, but to stop the persona attack by hitting you, you can also attack their assist characters to break personas by using your heavy attacks. You can use burst attack to refill your special meter, when the opponent health bar is reaches low, but when the character's health bar is critically low, your special meter is started to increase high, which is helping your character's abillites.
I say the gameplay is well played with fast pacing controls, unique combo system and character's assistant moves, which makes the game plays incredibly fun and enjoyment.
The graphics is look outstanding with very stylish looking anime, excellent character's design, nice visual effects, and well detailed backgrounds and textures which makes the game look far more outstanding.
The music and sound has decent music, great sound effects and superb voice cast for characters which did a great job on this game.
The special features has unlockable stories in the story mode. The gallery mode has pictures, music and sound test to unlock. It has downloadable content, which can be found on online store. The good thing about the game, the regular edition brought us the CD version of original arranged soundtrack, while they offer us a free vinyl records as well, if you already have pre ordered the game. The limited editon has exclusive artwork, keyring, badge and jigsaw, which is kinda cool that Altus or Zen United have offered us a awesome features.

Overall 9.4/10 - P4A is the remarkable and most intense fighting game you ever seen. Atlus made a great spin off to original Persona 4, which makes the game so incredibly fun. Arc System Works is a badass game developers who made really good fighting game series, like Gulity Gear and Blazblue. This is the game I've been waiting for since last year that it never came out in europe, due to delaying the release in UK, and till this game finally came out this year. Thank god it's finally here in UK, thanks Zen United.
This is the reason I hate to say about the Atlus is where they put region lock for PS3 version on purpose, which is going to pissed off european gamers badly who wanted to play this awesome game, but I'm glad I've got this kick ass game.
This is definitely must buy game for all fighting games fans, including Persona fans to enjoy the spin off game.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance PS3 Digital Download Review

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is a fast pacing action hack n slash game, developed by Platinum Games, and published by Konami. It is available on PS3, and X360. The story takes place, after the event of MGS 4: Guns of the patriots, the cyborg ninja Raiden has the mission to stop Desperado Enterprises from destabilize peaceful nations and preserve conflict, which allowing them to reap the financial rewards and technological advancements of the war economy.

This game has 8 missions in story campaign, which took me to complete the game in between 1 and 2 days.

It also has tutorial mode to teach you how to play the game, before you are ready to play story mode.

You are playing as Raiden, which you have to fight with the enemies, and carry on moving to waypoint area.

The gameplay is pretty simple, you just go slice the hell out of the bad guys with sword by pressing the attack button, but you can make mulitiples of combos up to over 100 hits. You can use blade mode to slice the enemy in different directions with right stick or pressing with attack button. You can parry the enemy's attack to deflect away from getting hit by bad guys. You can press run button to perform ninja run to dodge obstacles. You can also use stealth combat to assassinate enemy by sneaking up to them, without getting caught by enemies nearby. You may also use unique weapons, such as bloodlust, dystopia, and L'Etranger, which is quite good for combos moves, and heavy attacks. The subweapons, such as rocket launcher, grenades are quite handy for combat gameplay. You may also go on items menu to select items, such as medkit to restore health, battery pack to restore fuel cell which can be useful in the gameplay. The upgrade options, can be showned after you complete one mission, helps you to improve character's skills, health, weapons, and cells to have better gameplay experience. I say the gameplay is truely plays outstanding with fantastic gameplay mechanics, excellent weapons choices, and superb level stages.  

The graphics are quite great with well made animation, good character's models, superb visuals, and awesome backgrounds and textures, which makes the game look polished and detailed are the best graphics environment so far.

The music and sounds has really kick ass industrial rock, and techno soundtrack. The sound effects are great for sound atmosphere, background effects, and magnificent voice cast for characters.

The special features comes with VR missions, unlockable collections, and DLC pack are great choices for this game.

Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams PS3 Digital Download Review

If you may not know what Giana Sisters is about, you should see the history down below, before reviewing this game.

History of Giana Sisters

Back in 1987, Rainbow Arts brought their classic 2D platformer called The Great Giana Sisters, which is clone version of Super Mario Bros, on Commodore 64, Amiga and Atari ST. It receives positive reviews from critics, calling it amazing platform game with unique levels, addicting gameplay, and superb soundtrack.

In year 2009, Spellbound Interactive brought the sequel called Giana Sisters DS which also has positive review as well, but they say it's just not good as the original game, but this game has slightly colorful graphics, and decent gameplay for levels and controls. It is also available on iOS and Android devices as well, which is pretty good port version from DS counterpart.

Then finally Black Forest Games brought the another sequel called Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams for PS3, X360, Wii U, and PC. It receives mixed to positive reviews by critics which they say it may be just not good as the original game, while they prised for graphics and music is the high point of this game. So I'm ready to review this game right now.

Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams PS3 Digital Download Review

Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams is the 2D platformer game which published and developed by Black Forest Games. This game is different from the original game which this game conteins new gameplay mechanics, graphics visuals, modern 2D levels, and some new characters ability. The story starts with 2 sisters playing together in the bedroom, before Maria gets kidnapped by giant dragon and taken her to dream world, while Giana attempting to jump on the portal to rescue her. This game has 23 levels for single player, including time attack mode, and hardcore mode. The gameplay is kinda mixed bag. Your character has abilities to change her form between cute and punk. The cute version performs twirling jump, and the punk version uses fire attack from different direction. The controls are pretty passable for the characters movement which sometimes it can be very clunky for abilities attack, which I don't like the ideas of fire attack compared to older ones. The levels, and the enemies can be changed in different ways, depending what characters forms you change into. The each of the levels has so many traps which it can kill you in one hit death, and it has confusing stage design, if you don't know where to go, which makes the levels so frustrating and quite bit unfair. You only get one damage hit, unless you grab pink crystal which shield your character from getting damage by enemies. You can collect crystals in each stages, including find the secrets as well. The boss fights are quite mediocre, which is very difficult to kill the boss.

The graphics are pretty fair and square for character's design, visuals, animation, and some backgrounds and texture are not that bad, but it seems quite outdated and look average on the game.

The music and sounds are quite decent. It has nice cutesy tune, but I prefer awesome punk metal music which fits the game very well. Sound effects are quite good for sound background and atmosphere. I say the voice acting for characters are pretty sounds annoying as hell with silly cartoon kids voice like.

The special features comes with unlockable gallery, if you found huge ass diamonds which can be found in the levels and It has 2 Unlockable modes, which Isn't quite enough for features in the game.

Here is my bottom line.

Gameplay 5.7/10 - Clunky controls and Unfair Levels is quite mediocre.

Graphics 6/10 - Graphics are not that bad for character's designs, visuals, animation, and backgrounds and textures, but seems too outdated and look average.

Music and Sounds 7/10 - It has awesome music and decent sound effects, except the stupid voice for characters.

Special Features 5/10 - Only has gallery and modes to unlock is not even enough. 

Overall 5.9/10 - I say it's not terrible game, but it's just not good as the older Giana Sisters games. I finding the game quite frustrating with levels, bosses and even the style of gameplay. Too be fair, I say the game did a decent job for graphics and music are sounds really awesome. I like Giana Sisters as the characters are just good as the Mario Bros. I say it's better to try the demo version out, before you decided to buy it or skip it. I like the original game on Amiga and so with the sequel on Android, and what can I say about this game, I say it's an ok'ay game on PS3.

Far Cry 3 PS3 Digital Download Review

Far Cry 3 is the Open World FPS game which published and developed by Ubisoft and it is on PS3, X360 and PC. 

This story is not direct sequel to first two which is quite different from the previous game. The story is about Jason Brody has the mission to save his friends who are been captured by Vaas Montenegro and the group of Pirates have taken them to the Island in Bangkok, Thailand.

I say the story is quite decent with great plot, character's development, and some suspenseful cutscene what makes this game sounds cool. Vaas Montenegro concidered to be best villains in the game because he has great dialogue, and being most threaten guy that loves torturing and killing people for fun is one hell of the villain.  

This game has Single Player Campaign, Co-op, and Online Muiltiplayer which also requires to use Uplay services to play muiltiplayer battles.

The gameplay is quite impressive with big open world levels that you can go explore any place that you want to go. You can choose levels and places that been showed on the map menu, such as missions, mini games, searching loots, going to weapon shop, activating radio tower and plenty more of them to select from.

The controls in the game which plays decently well with character's movements and camera look. The weapons are quite good with pistols, shotgun, machine guns and bows which is good for shooting range and precised shot, and the bombs are good for damaging enemies health, but some of the weapons are quite slow to reload which took 8 secs to reload the gun. You can upgrade the character's skills to give the characters more techniques moves and improving characters performance which is useful in the game. You can craft your own items which you have collected from animal's skin and plants to create tubes, wallets and bags to hold. You can drive your own vehicles to drive through the whole levels which is good for travelling, during the gameplay, but you can use fast travel to take you the right level nearby which been showed on the map menu as well. If you on low health, you can revive yourself without any health pack, but It's quite slow to took 5 secs to revive your health unless you have to have medkit is quicker way to use.  I say the gameplay is quite fun to play and It's keeps you more going.

The graphics are look amazing with nice lighting, good visuals effects, great character's design, and good backgrounds and textures are quite well detailed in the game which is far I'm impressed with.

The music and sounds are pretty decent. The composer Brian Tyler did a very good job for original music score, except the licensed song which I don't like listening shitty modern pop and dubstep crap that everyone listens to. The sound effects is quite sounds good for sound backgrounds and some atmosphere effects. The voice acting sounds fantastic for every characters, especially Michael Mando did a perfect voice job for Vaas Montenegro with great voice performance.

The special features comes with DLC pack, Side missions, and map editor to create maps which is quite cool to have it on this game.

Overall 7.9/10 - Far Cry 3 is the good FPS game that Ubisoft gives the great effort for this game.

It has superb action, amazing characters, and great storyplot to entertain all the FPS fans.

7 - No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle

I love the first game which has brilliant story, amazing characters and fantastic gameplay which is quite entertaining to play, and then the sequel came out on the Wii which is far better than I expected.
It brought back the blood content for UK version of this game which I believe that Rising Star Games had learned a mistake for removing blood content on UK version of original game, but lets get back to this game now.
This game features 2 new playable characters, 15 bosses, 4 katana beam, mini-games, deathmatch mode and it allows to play with Wii classic controller as well. I say this story in the game are really creative and well written with great dialogue and interesting plot. The characters in the game are very funny with great sense of humour and has laughable jokes what makes the game look entertaining to watch. The cel-shaded graphics in the game are very comical and anime style with excellent designs and animation.  The gameplay plays kick ass with excellent combat, great QTE techniques and well challenged levels which is awesome, when playing with Wii remote and nunchunk or Wii classic controller. This game is worth to play it and I can guarantee you to enjoy the fast paced hack n slash games like this.



6 - Sonic Colors

  



















I had very hard time to enjoy the new Sonic games, since Sonic 06 and Unleashed is just terrible, and now I have a true best Sonic games on Wii is Sonic Colors. SEGA have put their good presentation to make the game much playable than it before. This game offers the most improved gameplay with better controls, character's ability to use the Wisps power-ups, much reliable level's design, and more fast paced action that what Sonic game is mean't to be epic. The levels are very unique and much easier to complete. The boss fights are pretty exciting and fun. The Wisps power ups is very useful and much precised. I say the graphics are very colorful and detailed which is so much better than the previous Sonic games. I did enjoy the muiltiplayer modes and bonus stage to collect 7 chao emeralds to become Super Sonic is my favourite part of the game.
If you're huge fan of Sonic series, you should pick this game up which is highly recommended for you to play.
  

5 - Metroid Prime 3 Corruption

I love playing each Metroid games on every Nintendo consoles. I do enjoy the Metroid Prime 1 and 2: Echoes on Gamecube and here is the Metroid Prime 3 Corruption which is the best FPS game on Wii. It has fantastic cutscenes, amazing story and the main character Samus Aran is the badass female character that kicks all the aliens asses. This game has massive open world to explore, collecting upgradable weapons and suits, darker levels with puzzles solving, and epic boss fights is fun to play. I love how the controls work with Wii remote and nunchunk which is very easy to use. I say weapons and power ups are pretty well done on this game. I love the music score with Sci-Fi feel and big atmosphere. This game is must play on Wii and it is also available on Metroid Prime: Trilogy, along with Metroid Prime 1 and 2: Echoes which is part of the collection. If you like Sci-Fi games, try this game.



4 - New Super Mario Bros

I've been waiting ages to get this game for 3 years ago, so I'm glad my sister got this game and I've played it for days. New Super Mario Bros Wii is the 2D platform game and it's the follow up to original DS game.
It's plays just good as the old classic SMB games on NES. You're playing as Mario and his friends heading to rescue Princess Peach from the all time villain Bowser just always did it everytime in the whole series, yeah, he loves kidnapping poor Princess.
This game has 4 players co-op, 80 brand new levels and some new power-ups has been introduced for this game, such as ice flower, penguin suit and propeller suit which is quite awesome.
It's so much fun to run around the levels, jumping on goombas, kicking and throwing koopa shells, riding on yoshis, go into the warp pipe, collecting coins, using power-ups, and finding secrets what makes SMB games look awesome as ever. Ain't this game is so damn expensive, even the game already came out since 4 years ago. So save your money and buy this awesome game from the gaming store.



3 - The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
   

I love the Link to the Past on SNES, and Ocrena of Time for N64 are the best Zelda games out there, and then I have this game on Wii.
It's proberly the one of the best Wii lunch titles game that already came out in 2006. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is the amazing RPG adventures with brilliant story, memorable characters, fantastic gameplay with open world exploring and quest, great puzzle solving, and has the most epic boss levels in the game. I like how Link turn into the werewolf is pretty damn badass and I also like Midna which is quite better than the annoying fairy bitch named Navi from Ocrena of Time, ohh god I hate fairies. It also available for Gamecube as well which is proberly the last GC games, before the release of Wii. So pick this game up and enjoy the most epic adventure games on Wii or get GC version instead, if you wish like to get it.



2 - Super Mario Galaxy Series

   

As you know Super Mario 64 is my favourites Mario game of all time, and I also enjoy Super Mario Sunshine on GC, and then Super Mario Galaxy Series just blows my mind, wow that is such an incredible game here. Super Mario Galaxy Series are the highly acclaimed 3D platform game that Nintendo had offer to all fans with superb looking game. It's the Mario game flying in outer space with incredible levels with gravity effects, awesome power-ups like rock, bee, balloon, spring, and fire abillites to use, It's fun to explore the space world in any levels, great boss levels, collecting star bits, and collecting 120 stars to play as Luigi what makes the game look creative and fun to play. If you a huge fan of platform games, this is must buy game for Nintendo Wii.



1 - Super Smash Bros Brawl

Hell yeah, this is got to be biggest fighting game masterpiece ever made that defines the console. Super Smash Bros Brawl is the fun packed 2D fighting game featuring all of Nintendo cast like Mario, Link, Samus Aran, Meta Knight, Wario, Kirby, Marth, Captain Falcon, Fox Mccloud, and two of the guest third party characters like Sonic the Hedgehog from his franchise, and Solid Snake from Metal Gear Series are welcome as the fighting roster. This game has single player adventure with 2 player co-op, training mode, challenge event, all star mode, and muiltiplayer battle with great choices of match to choose with. It also offers stage create, collecting trophies and stickers, photo album, and unlockable features like characters and stages.
It has wonderful gameplay with excellent fighting skills, combos and techniques which makes the game so awesome to see each characters are enjoying beating the crap of each other. It has the best soundtrack from each franchise which fits the game perfectly well with outstanding atmosphere and so much fun to listen. This is got to be most important Wii game that everyone should own it.

Top 14 Nintendo Wii Games Part 1 (14 - 8)

As you know Nintendo Wii did came out in December 2006 and it became first best selling consoles on Seventh generation, but it receiving polarising opinions that nobody enjoyed their experience of this console, due to issues of hardware limitations and lack of third party support that the console is difficult to develop the games, and the issues of motion controller did not impress all the gamers. It may not good as the olden console like NES, SNES, N64 and GC are very classy Nintendo consoles with choices of great library games. I say this console aren't so bad as the old ones, but it did have some good games titles that defines the console itself which most of the gamers did enjoyed it so far. I believe the Nintendo Wii is aiming for casual gamers to complete with their rivals with Sony Playstation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 are very advanced and more powerful console are truly for the most of hardcore gamers, but the sales are quite lower compared to Wii is fairly in cheaper price. So I'm now going to make my Top 14 Nintendo Wii Games to see which one are my favourites games that deserves to be the best games on Wii, so this is part 1 which I'm only making up to 8 today.


14 -  Wii Sports Resorts

   


















I say it's far much better than the original Wii Sports. Wii Sports Resorts are the decent sports game. It's challenging, it's epic and it's fun for all families and friends to enjoy their sporting activities.
Thanks to Nintendo brought us the game bundles that comes with motionplus which helps improve the motion controls to play the game more playable and better. This game has wonderful 12 sports activity game such as Golf, Bowling, Table Tennis, Swordplay, Archery, Basketball, Frisbee, Wakeboarding, Power Cruising, Canoeing, Cycling and Air Sports. If you like sports games, this is the game that I recommend you to get it for Nintendo console itself.


13 - Guitar Hero: World Tour

I know it is not the exclusives, but give this game a credit to be on the list. Guitar Hero is the best music games on the Wii. The guitar bundle comes with the Guitar controller and stickers which is pretty damn cool, while complete bundle also comes with Guitar, drums and microphone. This game has brilliant music track from awesome Heavy Metal, Hard Rock, Indie Rock and Punk Rock bands like Bullet for my Valentine, Metallica, Linkin Park, Ozzy Osbourne, Rise Against, Korn, Oasis and System of a Down.
The gameplay is very addicting and challenging fun for single player, and offline and online muiltiplayer.
You can download your favourites music from music store, you can also create your own music as well and you can play freestyle mode which is awesome. If you're the fan of Heavy Metal games like Rock n Roll Racing and Brutal Legends, you should go pick this game up and rock on \m/.


12 - Mario Strikers Charged Football

 















I've never tried the original Mario Strikers on Gamecube, just before I've played this game for Wii.
Mario Strikers Charged Football is the sports game which is sequel to original gamecube installiment.
It has various of Nintendo characters like Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach, DK, and others joins the action packed football match. The game itself has very crazy power ups and insane characters abilltes which makes the game look fricken awesome. It has really good cup matches and challenge mode on single player, and the muiltiplayer battle is very fun to play as well. I say you should definitely try this game out.


11 - Punch Out

  


















As you know the original Punch Out!! on NES are really arcady boxing game which makes the game so good. The Super Punch Out!! on SNES are one of my favourites boxing games of all time. Here is the Punch Out!! on Wii which is the following SNES version of Super Punch Out!!. You're playing as the professional boxer name Little Mac has his dream to become worlds champion against the various of classics opponents from the previous game such as Glass Joe, Van Kaiser, Bald Bull, King Hippo, Mr Sandman, Bear Hugger, and all others. It's plays like the previous classic game and has cartoony graphics, superb music, awesome cutscenes, and decent mulitiplayer matches. This game is for all gamers to enjoy the boxing games.


10 - Madworld

Oh yes, this is the most controversial Wii games of all times is Madworld are the ultra violence hack n slash game on Wii. It has brilliant storyplot and badass character name Jack Cayman is coming to Deathwatch show to kick all the asses with brutal chainsaw. This game is more bloody on black and white comical style which is cool and the game has brilliant deaths with brutal moves and weapons. So the game didn't sold well enough which is kinda shame, but this game is still badass. I wonder why this game never came out on PS3 and X360, ummmm???


9 - Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn

 















How can you not like Fire Emblem? It's the greatest tactics RPG game in history, since I've enjoyed the previous Fire Emblem games on SNES and GBA. This game has very long story and decent characters which makes the game look interesting. The gameplay is pretty unique with chess game styles which you can command the each characters to move, attack and defend. You can also improve character's levels, buying items and weapons from shop including upgradable weapons which makes the game more playable and fun. It has very good cutscenes, great music and has the good presentation of this game.



8 - Sin and Punishment: Star Successor

Sin and Punishment: Star Successor is the action packed arcade rail shooter on Wii. I did enjoy the original game for N64, but this game is far more epic and stunning game. It has 8 crazy levels and insane boss fights which makes the game look epic. The single player is fun, but you can also play co-op mode as well.
The gameplay is well balanced with Wii remote and Nunchunk which is far easier to use and the graphics are just good as the Treasure's classic game like Ikaruga and Radiant Slivergun which blows your mind with fantastic 3D visuals and animations. This game is for all gamers who loves playing rail shooter.

Unreal Tournament 3 PS3 Review

If you love original Unreal Tournament at the year 1999, then you might like this game that did already came out in 2007-08. Unreal Tournament 3 is a FPS game for PS3, X360 and PC which is published by Midway and developed by Epic Games. It is the fourth installiement game on the series and it's a sequel to UT2003-04. The story takes place after the UT2003-04, Reaper and the group of Ronins has the mission to fight off the Necris forces to save the planet, when Reaper who wanted to kill Akasha for his revenge. 

I say the storyplot is decent with intresting story development and the characters are quite much like the Gears of War which is cool and it's far impressive with good presentation and replay valves.

There are differences of between PS3 and X360 has their own features. X360 version has 5 exclusive maps, two exclusive characters and 2 player split screen mode which is also released later for PS3 version which included on patch 2.0 updates. PS3 version supports mods that you can download it from communities menu which contains maps, characters and modes. You can also import your own mods by uploading from USB pen drive or external hard drive which the mods can be found from the websites, such as http://www.ut3mod.com/ which I do not recommended downloading from the site and then importing into PS3 which sometimes it can freezes your game while loading the match. It's entirely up to you, if you wish to want to use mods on your PS3, then try it, but if it's doesn't work, then delete all contents from mod browser menu and use PC version instead, if you have PC version of this game. It can also support keyboard and mouse inputs as well for PS3 version which comes in handy.

There are the set of each game modes for both campaign and muiltiplayer, such as Deathmatch, team deathmatch, capture the flag and warfare. The campaign also has co-op mission as well for both online and offline mode. The gameplay has terrific controls with very precised movement and excellent combat gameplay. There are choices of outstanding weapons, such as enforcer pistols, rocket launcher, flak cannon, stock rifle, sniper rifle, link gun, bio rifle and stinger minigun which has great shooting range, well balanced targeting and very accurate shot. You can ride on vehicles such as tanks, spaceship and hoverboard which is pretty cool. You can also play with keyboard and mouse which is kinda awesome idea for PS3 gamers who had the experienced with PC games before. I say the mulitiplayer matches is totally fun to play for online and offline mode and the campaign is epic as ever with great atmosphere is worth challenging. 

The graphics are far superior to modern consoles with Unreal Engines 3 which gives you a best looking character's design, outstanding backgrounds and textures, awesome visuals, and incredible 3D animation which makes the best graphics on the seventh generation consoles.

The music and sounds has excellent music with kick ass electronic and techno soundtrack, superb sound effects and great voice acting for characters and announcer.

The special features comes with titan pack which conteins 11 maps, 2 new modes and the titan mutator. The patch 2.0 gives the PS3 version that formerly included to X360, such as splitscreen, 5 maps and 2 characters. It also has mods browser to download and uploads the mods.

Campaign and muiltiplayer is fun to play with great matches and levels.

Here is my bottom line.

Gameplay 8.8/10 - Terrific controls, excellent combat and precised movements.

Graphics 9.1/10 - Best looking character's design, outstanding backgrounds and textures, awesome visuals, and incredible 3D animation.

Music and Sounds 8.9/10 - Excellent music with kick ass electronic and techno soundtrack, superb sound effects and great voice acting for characters and announcer.

Special Features 8.9/10 - It's comes with titan pack which conteins 11 maps, 2 new modes and the titan mutator. The patch 2.0 gives the PS3 version that formerly included to X360, such as splitscreen, 5 maps and 2 characters. It also has mods browser to download and uploads the mods.

Overall 8.9/10 - Unreal Tournament 3 is a fantastic FPS game. It's epic, It's ultra violence and It's pure badass. If the game comes with regular patch 1.0, I would give it 8.6/10, but I've just giving this game a higher score for brought us the Patch 2.0 features and DLC pack. I highly recommended to all real FPS gamers to buy it because Unreal Tournament is a real men's games.

Assassin's Creed 3 PS3 Digital Downloads Review

I've already reviewed the first Assassin's Creed since 2 years ago and I decided to review this game. Assassin's Creed 3 is a open world stealth adventure games which published and developed by Ubisoft for PS3, X360 and Wii U. It is sequel to AC2, AC: Brotherhood, AC: Revelations and the upcoming game AC4: Black Flag will release on between October and November 2013. The story takes place in 2012, following the events of AC: Revelations. Desmond Miles and the another three characters William, Shawn and Rebecca are finding the temple in the cave and accessing to open with Apple of eden. Desmond is placed onto the Animus to discover the memory of his ancestor in 1754 to find a way to avert the 2012 apocalypse. The main story in 18th century, before, during and after the American Revolution in 1753 to 1783. It follows Desmond's ancestor Ratonhnhaketon (AKA Connor) set his mission to fight Templars, who intend to seize control of the newly forming country. 

I say the story is perfectly outstanding with good plot, character's developments, and some replay values which makes the sequel lot interesting.

The gameplay is open world stealth adventure that you can freely explore the world which means you can go anywhere you want to go like cities, forest, sea and mountains which I believe the open world levels is much bigger than the previous game like the first original AC. The controls are pretty good for character's movement that you can able to use free running parkour which lets you running, climbing and jumping on different obstacles and objects. The close combat is pretty good for fighting gameplay with great choices of weapons and melee but your character can perform counterattack when blocking the enemy's attack. You can also use stealth combat that allows you to sneak on enemies and assassinate them with hidden blade as the melee attack but you can also use eavedropping to listen at people's conversation and pickpocket to steal items as well which is awesome. I say the gameplay is far much improved over the first game with better mission adjectives, playable controls and better combat system.

The graphics are pretty well done with character's design, incredible visuals, realistic animation and well detailed background and texture are pretty far amazing.

The music and sounds has magnificent music score, superb sound effects and great voice acting for characters.

The special features comes with downloadable contents which includes costumes, maps, characters and DLC episode pack.

Advantages

Some missions can be little too frustrating.

Here is my final verdict of this game.

Gameplay 8.5/10 - Excellent controls for combat, free running and stealth.

Graphics 9.1/10 - Amazing character's design, incredible visuals, realistic animation and well detailed background and textures. 

Music and sounds 9/10 - Magnificent music score, Superb sound effects and great voice acting.

Special features 8/10 -  Comes with costumes, maps, characters and DLC episode pack.

Overall 8.7/10 - By far it's better than the first AC games. This game has to offer the best improvements that Ubisoft did a wonderful job on this game. I highly recommended to all gamers who are new to AC series. Bottom line, Assassin's Creed 3 is a great game for muiltiplatform console and I will hope you will like to enjoy this game. I say buy this game.
